Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our UK location with full tracking included.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT are processed the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

All delivery times below are in business days and begin after your order has been dispatched:

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include a unique tracking number via our courier partner. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Signature is not required upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees. Please contact us at hello@yardbros.com to arrange a return and receive a returns address.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery window or you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@yardbros.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and work with our courier to resolve any issues.
